☀being mom

sometimes being a mom is hard

challenging in every way

it definitely makes you tired

and sometimes, dare I say, want to throw a fit

However...

there are far more beautiful things about being mom

the hugs, kisses and cuddles

the scrape or scratch that only nurse mom could fix

the walks around the block or late afternoon cartoon

the numberless "love note" creations {i want to keep every one}

the quiet moments

the moments when they do something you've been working on for so long
{ie: potty training}

their funny prayers {when everyone just has to laugh}

the endless energy and love that pours out of them without question...

makes being a mom the best job ever!

I love it, I'm grateful to have this precious time with my children {my girls}

time is flying by

I'm grateful for those moments and know I need to look more carefully that I might see the great blessings that are already around me, in almost every moment.
