☀Birthday Thanks

Thank you all for the sweet cards and well wishes.
I am very grateful.
Thank you mom for giving me life {and for the apron and book}
Thank you Jade for the Easter dress
{I wouldn't have bought myself anything otherwise}
Barett & girls thank you for the book
{I have already finished it, it was a very enjoyable read}
I also discovered that for the most part, I like books about real people and real life events otherwise I'm not very good about reading them. This is a big breakthrough for me, look at how wise I have become.

Mom & Dad {C} thank you for the dinner gift cards
{I'm saving those for our 10 year anniversary, details coming soon}

Derek, the huge doughnut and chocolate filled peanut butter cupcake/cookie, from our Provo Bakery, were very delicious. {why didn't I take a picture?}. It was a huge round doughnut that filled the doughnut box with the cupcake in the middle. I think you may have started a new birthday "cake" tradition for our family {especially while I am still perfecting my cake making skills}. Another thing I've discovered with age is I don't really like eating cake, so I don't really make it either.

Carol, thank you for this fantastic book {good thing the scriptures are about real people or I'd be in trouble} Nanette, thank you so much for the lotion {it totally reminds me of Hawaii} and the beautiful scarf. I'm also still basking in the fond memories of my last birthday in NYC.

If you're wondering how old I am,
it's like Maren told her school teacher..."my mom is really old she turned 22..."

until next year, when I turn 23...

We have another gift for your (it's not super cool or anything so don't get your hopes up too much - but it might just save your life someday. I guess that's pretty cool.) so I'll have to drive by sometime and bring it by. Also, we have one for Barret - you know, 5 months late is all.
