Barett... the rex e lee run is this weekend. Should we do it as a family? 5k or 10k

me... sure that sounds ok. Probably the 5k. Is there anything else that day?

Barett.. nope

Barett... I will register us

Barett... we can bring the kid stroller

me... Ok aerobics was rough, we'll have to go slow

You see I haven't exercised for quite a while (about 2 weeks) because one of my children or I have not been feeling well. However I am happy to report that on Tuesday we went for a 3 mile run and I feel ready for Saturday morning. This will be fun to do together.
