How to get out of going to church 101

symptoms: loss of vision, numbness in hands & arms, feeling faint & nauseous

If this comes on while you are going to church and sitting in the chapel you look at your husband with a look like "I'm going to puke" then you leave for the bathroom. Fabulous wonderful ward members come to check on you as your husband leaves the meeting to take you to urgent care.

I am typing this now, so don't be too alarmed everything is fine.

While at the urgent care in the presence of two missionaries and while in Sunday best and heels you puke in the trash can. The urgent care ladies don't appreciate it so they send you to the ER. Which is where you didn't want to have to go.

However, the doctor there is so nice and fun, you almost want to go back to visit and to say hello. Dr. S and everyone else I am so grateful for your attention and care.

Turns out the CAT scan and MRI came back normal and it could have been one of 3 things.
1. Silent Migraine (no headache involved at least not at the moment but it can came later)
3. Low blood sugar at the time.
1. MS (hopefully not, but there is a slight possibility)

Did I mention that you are supposed to teach the Young Women in your ward about appreciation and gratitude. Instead you have your very own personal lesson.

I felt very grateful to my hubby who took such great care of me. I am very grateful for those who right away went to my children and took care of them during church and after. I am very grateful for doctors and nurses who are proficient in their work and for Dr. S who treated us like people and not just a number. I'm grateful to be able to see clearly. (that was kind of scary) Grateful to be home. ☀The End

So now what?
I have to watch and see if I have any reoccurring similar symptoms and go from there. I am trying to avoid those things that could cause migraines... stress, anxiety, chocolate(that's just wrong), lack of sleep.
