☀ready... set... run

 {I asked for running faces}
 {a few minutes before our run}
 {we did it}
 {a lot of people had signs like these on their backs or pictures
of loved ones, which for me was one of the best parts of the run}
 {then we had our own races on the side, ready... set... run}
This was such a beautifully peaceful day. After our run and a few errands we reclaimed the basement!!! {I am not posting pictures of that because it was much too horrendous, it was impossible to walk down there because of the holidays, snow stuff, construction, toys, etc. We can walk and even play down there now. The girls have been playing in the playroom non stop and I've realized how grateful I am for that little extra space. It felt like such a huge job, but doing it together as a family was fun and easier, much like the run we did earlier in the day, just taking one step at a time and doing it together made it so fun and memorable. {we also saw a few runners from our ward and that is always a treat}

Wow. I can't believe your girls still fit int he bike trailer! It must have been a squeeze. Next year Maren is just going to have to run along side you.
